Harding FPA XL / XLHD
The HardingFPA-XL is a cross platform product with versions for both Windows and MAC platforms designed to operate on an Editor's workstation sharing resources with, and analysing the file-based assets used in the edit system. It accepts a a wide range of HD and/or SD formats encoded as MXF's and/or QuickTime MOV's (and on Windows platforms AVI files), and identifies and highlights image sequences that do not comply with the Guidelines in use.
The graphical user interface provide frame-by-frame and in-frame information about potential risks in the content, and the system can provides a PDF certificate of compliance on a completed (and compliant) work. Many editors find it very useful having a HardingFPA system available while they work on their material, as the live graphics and the ability to check short sequences from their edit system makes the work much easier.
The HFPA-XL is our lowest cost system and provides an entry point for smaller studios and freelancers.
